"Arrived late at night and there was a medical emergency in the lobby. Other guests were waiting to check in ahead of us and I assumed the employee must be supervising the incident as there were ambulances and EMTS in the lobby. That was not the case and the worker was MIA. Guests ahead of us had been waiting over 15 minutes to check in. Finally called the number and the person who answered, wasn’t even at the property. They also tried reaching the employee with no success. While I was on hold, after 15 minutes, the employee just appeared out of nowhere and acted like nothing was wrong. The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. Was disappointed that it didn’t have a hair dryer, this was the one time I didn’t pack it, as most rooms typically come with one. So that was a downfall. For the price of the room, it would be nice if breakfast was also included."

"Hotel was great. My two things i always check for above the normal cleanliness and staff friendliness are comfortable pillows and hot water pressure, both of which were met. This was conveniently located near my work destination and it just fit. I would recommend this hotel to others."

"Room was clean, good wi-fi, breakfast was good. One issue, for the guest laundromats, there were an instruction on the machine and a different instruction on the side wall, which was confusing. Upon asking the front desk staff, which instruction is the correct one, the answer was, he doesn't know as he never used the machine. When I asked who should know, the answer was the guests using the machine, which for me was the wrong answer from the staf. I lost cash because of this confusion. Had to figure it out myself, by trying again using the other instruction. Management should put one (1) clear and correct instructions for guests. Also when you have conflicting instructions, staff should know which is the correct one."
