Overnight staff was not helpful or kind. Could not Initially find our reservation when I had advised to did the self check in. No explanation of the property. We were offered to upgrade but he did not say there was a time limit or had to be decided right then. When we asked about it after he was quite rude in his tone stating it was too late, we would have to pay for another room. After I proceeded to say it was fine. He kept going as to why we could not take the upgrade in a rude tone. After reading further reviews the overnight staff seems to be a consistent issue for customer. The buffet breakfast was not refilled in a timely manner leaving a lot of people without breakfast. Staff would come check see it’s empty but not food would be brought out. day time staff were pleasant.

Great spot to stay downtown and especially for convention center.

Everything was perfect but we asked for more blanket and pillow and never received it
