Conveniently located less than a seven-minute walk from numerous dining and entertainment options and only half a mile from the nearest public beach access, this ranch-style home on a double lot provides a quiet neighborhood vibe for your time spent off the beach. Two dogs up to 60lbs each can enjoy playing in the large fenced-in yard while the family relaxes on the spacious screened-in porch. A large driveway provides plenty of parking for cars, trucks or even your boat, and a public boat launch is located just around the corner. The open-concept living and dining area is brightly lit and welcoming. A comfortable sectional and armchairs located across from the large flat-screen T.V provide the perfect place to gather together and enjoy a favorite movie, and the large dining table seating eight stands ready for family dinners or game nights. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware needed to prepare your catch of the day–or more standard fare snared from the nearby grocery store. Directly off the living room, you’ll find the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, flat screen T.V. and small desk area for those who may need to bring work with them to the beach. The attached private bath provides a step-in shower stall. Down the hall from the kitchen is the second bathroom, with a standard tub/shower combo. Two bedrooms are also located in this hallway. The first has an additional king bed and a flat-screen T.V. The second has a queen bed and twin trundle and also has a flat-screen T.V. The final bedroom is off the dining area and provides an additional queen bed and flat-screen T.V. Directly across from this room is the laundry and utility closet, with a washer and dryer as well as storage space for your beach bags or equipment. Nice quiet neighborhood just a hop and a skip from the beach. About a 15min drive to Southport. Only thing is the house really needs an outdoor rug to help keep from tacking sand inside. Walking distance to the beach and shops and a Publix. We loved the pool itself and got a lot of use out of it. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. However the house needs some attention from the owners. One of the mattresses had urine stains. The couch and ottoman were also stained. This house has so much potential! The screened in porch would have been a great spot to read but is sorely in need of a pressure wash, a new coat of paint. The screens are ripped making it feel even more dingy. No lounge chairs or umbrella around the pool. Only plastic chairs. A nice sized yard but no landscaping so it’s a little dreary sitting by the pool.
