All new flooring, HVAC, bathrooms, ceiling fans, and more. This home has incredible waterfront views and is just a short (3-minute) walk to the beach. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at the new Two Seas. Front and back decks with water views, as well as ocean views from the front bedrooms. Oak Island is a south-facing beach, which means exceptional sunrises and sunsets! Dolphins, birds, and other wildlife have been seen feeding right off the backyard dock, and the tidal waterway is teaming with many varieties of shrimp and fish. We have plenty of room for friends and family to spread out and be comfortable. The house has 6 total bedrooms—one on the first floor and 5 on the second. The first-floor bedroom has a king bed, as do two primary bedrooms upstairs. In addition there are 2 queen bedrooms, plus a kids’ room that has two queen beds and a Twin XL bunk bed, which rounds out the spacious sleeping accommodations. Additionally, we have an extra fold-out bed. Five bedrooms have private bathrooms with walk-in, glass-enclosed showers. The kids’ bedroom has a private bath in the hallway, with a bathtub. Our kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need to cook for a crowd. A large dining table seats 10 and there are 4 bar stools on the 12' kitchen island. Or use one of the kitchen’s three sliding glass doors and enjoy a meal at the tables on the deck. The living room has a lot of brand new, comfortable seating and a 75” TV with surround sound. Our well-appointed home means you can go to the beach, swim, shell, use one of our six kayaks, fish from the dock in the backyard, go shrimping and more. We have a selection of beach equipment, a wagon to make the short walk to the beach even easier, and an outside shower to rinse off when you get back. We have high speed gig WI-FI internet service and 7 TVs for guest use. We are a mile from the ‘new’ Oak Island bridge that connects Highway 211 to Oak Island. The famous Ocean Crest Pier is less than two miles away. The island boasts a variety of bars and restaurants close by as well as a brewery, grocery and specialty stores, mini golf, ice cream, tennis, and the Oak Island Lighthouse. Carolina National Golf Club is only 22 minutes, and at least 50 great golf courses are within an easy drive. If you have the time, explore historic Wilmington and Southport, or take the ferry to Bald Head Island. The house is perfect for large multi-generational family vacation. En suite bathrooms are a big plus. Kitchen has all that could be needed for family meals. We had an amazing time at Two Seas, despite Hurricane Debby and not bringing our own linens. But the house, crabbing dock, creek, short walk to beach, well equipped kitchen, large screen TVs. This place is gorgeous, completely remodeled, beautifully appointed and fully equipped with everything we wanted or needed. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. We were able to take full advantage of everything!! We kayaked and went crabbing in the morning. Hit the beach in the afternoon, fished off our own dock in the afternoon and enjoyed cocktails on the deck for the marvelous sunsets. This place is heaven!! We will definitely be back. Back deck views of the marsh and canal were awesome, short walk to the beach was super convenient. Plenty of room for everyone in the public areas of the house while also great that each bedroom had its own bath. Host was prompt and cordial with responses to our questions and we were well prepared for our stay. Note that linens were not included but knowing that we planned accordingly. It stated it had a pool and at o e time it said it had a hot tub. Neither was present. I specifically asked if towels and linens were provided and they said yes. Neither was. We got there and had to call the owner who said to rent them and he would pay. There were none available at rental so someone went to Walmart and purchased towels and bed linens. The location is perfect, just a quick walk down the road to the beach or sit back and enjoy the marsh side from your private dock. The house was perfect. We were able to bring our two dogs. We have only rented right on the beach in the past but this gem was on the creek. We launched our own kyaks (3 come with rental) right there and could paddle to the intercoastal in no time. Walking to the beach with provided cart took 2 minutes at the most. We could hear the surf at night while sitting on the deck watching the birds and fish jumping in the creek while the sun set! We used a cast net to catch our own bait right there in the back yard. Fished and tried Shrimping from the back of the house. Beach was 1 block away. Fished from 2 different piers. Had a half day charter. Caught and blackened Red Fish. Restaurants nearby; family style to a little more upscale. Walmart Superstore for groceries. Most everything within walking distance to 25 minute drive. Have rebooked for a long weekend in October for our anniversary. Highly recommended. ##### Mark M. The Gorilla Cart was wonderful, every rental house on the beach should supply one of those. The beds were comfy the kitchen supplies were good. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that the listing didn't say anything about supplying your own towels, washcloths and sheets for the beds. We found that out when we received all the codes and information about the property just a couple of weeks before we were to leave to go there, at that point we would have lost our money if we canceled. So we bought towels and sheets as I dont have any queen size beds. I guess that is the only thing that ate at me the whole time is the sheets and towel situation. I have been renting from Homeaway, VRNO and Flipkey at least 2 times a year for 12 years and this is a first for me. Overall wonderful place to stay!! ##### Rhonda A.
