THE SHOAL SHACK - Oak Island, NC

  • Welcome to our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home located on a double lot with ample room for boat parking or multiple vehicles. Our home has a BRAND NEW A/C in 2019. Home is located only 2 blocks from Davis Canal public dock. Clean, cozy house in the wooded area of the island. The house is walking and biking distance to the beach.

    Bring your own boat! Optional boat dock available for rent within walking distance of home. Deep water on canal for only $25 per night. Contact us for more details!

    Our completely renovated home currently has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house situated on 2 lots with ample room for boat parking in front or beside the house. Completely renovated home will have brand new appliances and modern bathrooms. One bathroom includes double shower heads! Our home has a cute loft with a SMART TV that is perfect for kids!

    Our home has dining area, kitchen & large living room. The living room has a sectional sofa, ceiling fans and end tables. A large flat screen TV & DVD player. High speed internet with Wi-Fi is available for your use.

    The kitchen is equipped refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, standard coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee cups, glass wear, silver wear, wine glasses and all other standard necessities for the kitchen and more.

    Check-In is 4:00pm EST and Check-out is 10:00am EST

    If you would like to bring your well-behaved dog, please message me BEFORE making a booking. Dogs are permitted only with prior approval; $75 non-refundable pet fee (2 dogs maximum; no cats or other pets accepted).
