House was quite nice and clean. It was a very comfortable place for 6 adults. Location was convenient, short drive to beach. Check-in time is 4:00pm which is pretty late and inconvenient. We had to make all beds upon arrival. We were instructed to remove all linens after being used in place and a central area when we left. There was not any shampoo or soap for bathrooms. No extra linens. All the smoke detectors in the home had been removed and they were lying out on the kitchen counter with batteries out. We arrived a couple of hours early and I called and asked if they would please notify us if we could go in. We were told that the house had been clean, but needed to be inspected and they would let us know. We waited in the driveway no one ever called and at 4 o’clock we finally went into the home. No one ever came to inspect the home. I left a review with the Rental company and for the homeowner. I have never heard back from anyone about our issues. This place is super pretty! Every bedroom is super comfortable, and it has a great kitchen, cozy living room with a big couch, and really nice porches all around the house. There were six of us that stayed at the house, 4 adults and two kids (3 and 6). The house was very clean (a big point for us), well appointed, and the location was great. We liked that the location wasn’t too far from the walkway across the creek which made for a fun walk to the beach. The house is also close to a new Publix, which is super convenient for groceries.
