The rental, check-in and check-out process went very smoothly; professional management service. The house does look "lived in" in several places, but overall it was clean and everything we needed was there. The house was great great for an offseason trip, very few people and the daily beach walks were great. It is a 45 minute ride into Wilmington, which we did several times during our stay.
