Could have been perfect
The house, perfect! The neighbors, perfect! The location, PERFECT! Everything could have been so perfect but the management company/cleaning company dropped the ball. The sheets and towel had been changed but the trash and laundry from previous occupants were still left. The surfaces were not wiped down well. The railings were blacks from not being cleaned (we wiped them down ourselves along with everything else). Fans have not been dusted. Toilets were filthy. The previous occupants left the dishes dirty and caked with grease but this was obviously not checked by cleaning service or managers. I assume because dish soap was not supplied they just rinsed them without soap and placed them back in the cupboard with hamburger grease and all. Therefore we had to wash ever dish before use and wipe down everything ourselves. Overall, everything was so dirty and with COVID we felt so uncomfortable (especially after signing a covid liability waiver, almost as if management knew the place was not sanitary). So sad cause the house is literally perfect if it was clean.
