We had a fantastic stay at Boys of Summer. This was our second year staying here. We love the view, the convenient access to the beach and the fact that we can bring our pup along.We plan to return!

This beach house is In the perfect location! We loved that you could walk out to the ocean from the deck, and saw amazing beautiful sunsets. The house is situated in between two supermarkets and just down the street from some great shops. It was also the perfect size for our "Moms and Daughters" Girl Trip and a great break from the dreary weather back home.The beds were comfortable; we loved having two bathrooms; and the on-site washer and dryer allowed us to arrive home without an immediate need to do laundry.I would definitely book again.

Beautiful area. Extremely convenient location to local shops and dining. Worked out wonderfully with our two two dogs having the fenced in area below as well as the upper decking being gated off. Quick and easy access directly to the beach. House was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. The hosts were quick to respond with a few booking questions I had. Loved it so much! We are already planning on booking for the fall.

Perfect location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return! The location is perfect.. right on the water, near restaurants and quiet! The dogs loved the fenced in yard, and we loved the massive deck!

Family get away

This was a perfect location for a family get away. We had easy access to the beach, a beautiful view and plenty of room for everyone to relax. My favorite moments were coffee at sunrise on the porch, even in December.

Cozy beach house with a killer view

We enjoyed staying at "The Boys of Summer" beach house. The location can't be beat. It's steps from the beach, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. We enjoyed visiting the local lighthouse and nearby town of Southport too. The house was comfortable and perfect for our first family vacation with our dog. If you're looking to relax and just enjoy the beach this rental is worth checking out.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The house was wonderful for our stay and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pups! The house was clean and stocked for our needs and the AC worked great. The renovated showers were excellent after a day of soaking in the sun at the beach. Beach access was an ease and the rocking chairs made the sunrises and sunsets very enjoyable. Mike and Chris were very responsive - we look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful Location - Steps from the beach

We took a short trip for spring break with 2 teenagers and had a blast. Every day spent on the beach. This house is steps away from the sand. Very cute house, comfortable beds and stocked with all the towels and linens needed! Can’t wait for the next trip!

Run Oak Island

Came down with friends for the race and this place was perfect for us. Close to the starting line and had all the amenities we needed. The porch with the rockers over looking the ocean was the highlight!! Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing week

It is right on the beach. It was chilly for North Carolina but I really enjoyed my time there. I did not have any problems with the unit and it was very clean. Hope to come back next year

Great, relaxed space to hang out right on the beach! You could hear the waves at night from two of the bedrooms. Our pup loved the fenced-in yard and pet-friendly stretch of beach!

Perfect getaway

The Boys of Summer was the perfect place for our vacation with friends. The fenced in yard was great for the furbaby. Can’t beat being right on the beach with the most gorgeous sunsets! The house was clean and equipped with all the necessities. The beds were comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive. Will definitely be back.

A great trip

We very much enjoyed this cozy beach house! We are two couples, so it was wonderful to give each couple their own bed/bath area. The location is perfect! We found plenty of restaurants, beaches, and fun at this house. We also spent many hours just sitting on the porch watching the waves. Thank you for the full-size w/d! That’s a huge bonus!

Perfect Getaway

We loved every minute. The house was beautiful! We enjoyed the proximity of the shops and places to eat. The views from the bedrooms and living room were amazing. Luckily, the weather was nice, so we enjoyed eating at the picnic table, rocking on the porch, walking the beach, and relaxing in the hammocks. Our hosts were quick to respond & always very friendly. It was our first visit to Oak Island, and we loved it!

Wonderful Beach Stay

We have stayed in Edisto, Ocean Isle, and once before in Oak Island. This stay was the best of all of them! The house was well-equipped and clean. It had a fenced yard and was close to everything that we needed including a large dog park. The owners were very responsive to our questions during the inquiry process, and the check-in process, and answered questions once we arrived at their home. We would highly recommend this property for a wonderful beachfront vacation!
