Short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for a family of 11\. The toys and play room were great for the children. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach carts. It’s a residential area of the island, so the beach is less crowded. You can quickly walk to the beach, pier, coffee shops, and shops. The area is quiet and nice. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. The house needs to be updated. The floors in particular were worn and separating or deteriorating. The upstairs master bedroom is in an addition/converted attic, and it is significantly hotter than the rest of the house. It’s manageable but should be considered if you’re planning to utilize it as a primary bedroom.We checked in on a Wednesday, and the trash was supposed to have been taken out on Tuesday. It was overflowing before we even put trash into it. Overall, we had a good time, but it wasn’t what we expected based on the listing. ##### Jared B. Upon entering the area, you are left mind blown by the beautiful home which stands out from the other homes on the block. The beach is a short 5-minute walk, visible from the front of the property. Entering the home you enter into an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a clear view of the backyard with an outstanding deck and dedicated firepit area. The house is fully equipped and nicely spaced where everyone had their own space. The children loveeeeee the playroom and it was a plus since we only saw them when it was food time.
