Beautiful sun-filled oceanfront home remodeled in 2021. The location is perfect with an easy shared beach access marked with posts and rope near the property line on the western side. This home has all the features of a top-notch vacation home with hardwood flooring throughout, coordinating exposed beams in the great room, and white exposed beams matching the décor of the sunny eating area. Extended cable is available in the living room and the master bedroom, with the other two bedrooms providing entertainment through Roku streaming devices. The sunroom is gorgeous and offers 180* ocean views.

As you drive up to the property you will be greeted by updated landscaping!

The master suite offers unobstructed beachfront views and sits in a private location away from other guest rooms. The master bath is topped with a tile shower and a large sliding glass door.

The gourmet kitchen is well equipped to cook all your meals with ease. The space is finished with granite counter tops and stylish tile backsplash. The kitchen flows to living room and dinning room making an exceptional entertainers delight.

The dining room provides a table and six chairs plus two seats at the breakfast bar while a table and chairs in a large covered gazebo attached to the deck offer comfortable outdoor seating so you can watch dreamy sunsets from large deck as you enjoy your meal!

Attractive features: Alexa system for continual music. All newer designer bedding and pillows. Updated washer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Luxury down filled couch and love seat. Coastal artwork and beach décor. Wood blinds. White wainscoting.

Weekend Stay

The house was exactly as shown. Everything looked to have been recently renovated feeling very modern and clean. I've stayed at several beach houses in NC in the past and this home had the shortest distance from the house to the beach which was great. Miles of beach provided lots to explore. Our stay was relaxing and exactly what we were looking for.

Our family was so pleased with this house! The location was perfect and we were able to look at the ocean right from the deck or sun room. Short walk to the beach was so convenient to carry all of the beach gear. The house was very clean when we arrived and linens included. My entire family was so happy this house was as listed and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We loved it!

pretty good house

overall house was pretty good air conditioning vents in 2 bedrooms did not blow air we are hot natured so we burned up and do not unplug cord in front right bedroom we did to plug in phone charger and no internet or cable for 4 days other than that house was pretty nice

ANNUAL BEACH TRIP WITH FRIENDS

LOVED THE PLACE. INTERNET AND MAIN TV DID NOT WORK FOR FOUR DAYS. LAYOUT OF COTTAGE WAS THE BEST WE HAVE EXPERIENCED IN TWENTY-EIGHT YEARS OF ANNUAL BEACH TRIPS FOLLOWING RETIREMENT. MBR HAS ON-SUITE BATH. SECOND BR HAS ACCESS DIRECTLY TO A BATH THAT ALSO HAS A DOOR TO THE HALL FOR USE BY A THIRD BR. GREAT SET UP. BEST FEATURE WAS THE OPEN KITCHEN WITH DINING AND TWO SITTING AREAS. ONE SITTING AREA HAS WRAP-AROUND WINDOWS DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH.
