House is a great location, stood up to weather well and the pool was key. We had a few issues with a broken drawer and toilet flushing mechanism but these were addressed in a timely manner by Salt and Sand handyman. Small criticisms include a keyless entry system that did not work the whole week and was not fixed, some lack of equipment in the kitchen (pots/pans, serving ware, bowls etc), and significant warping of doors to the point that 10yo kids got stuck on second and third floor balconies. Overall though, the location, pool, house layout and ease of use was wonderful. It weathered the storm amazingly and even has a generator which put us all at ease though we didn't need to use it. The outdoor shower did not work and the grill was so rusty you couldn’t use it. Very disappointing as the heated pool was the main reason for choosing this home.
