Location is excellent (2 doors down from a fabulous restaurant: Island Way, that's totally affordable w great food), it's clean and well taken care of, and we noted too, that the appliances had been improved (silverware, cookware, etc). Very limited privacy once you stepped out of the home onto the porch. Cleaning crew wasn’t the best before our arrival as I immediately had to go through with a vacuum due to all of the sand still everywhere, but otherwise was okay. The owner, John, was extremely nice and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. It was not peak season during our stay, so no other family was staying in the other side of the property. The outdoor shower was enclosed and very nice! Nice little duplex perfect for one or two couples even though it was just the two of us. Everything you need for a couple days on the beach! Can’t really see the surf due to the dunes but easy walk over the dunes on manicured trials. Great deck and kitchen. Would stay there again for sure! Offered an excellent opportunity to enjoy the beach with family. House was a little worn around the edges, but nothing of issue. Bathrooms were great and bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Clean sheets and towels were waiting for us. Kitchen was ok but could use some attention. Also didn't have any dishwasher detergent and only a partial roll of paper towels. The condo was comfortable but is in need of some upgrades. The sliding door is very difficult to open and close.
