Master has adjoining, private bathroom. Separate entry steps and a wall on the porch provide privacy from other guests. Linens and check-out cleaning service are included in your rental. No smoking. Despite the fact that it’s a duplex, there is plenty of privacy on the porch with the barrier wall and inside, good sound proofing. Superior cleanliness, and what appeared to be high quality new mattresses. Hardwood floors for easy care and ample amount of quality cookware. Island Way is right next door for eat in or carry out. Very limited privacy once you stepped out of the home onto the porch. Cleaning crew wasn’t the best before our arrival as I immediately had to go through with a vacuum due to all of the sand still everywhere, but otherwise was okay. The owner, John, was extremely nice and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. It was not peak season during our stay, so no other family was staying in the other side of the property. The outdoor shower was enclosed and very nice! It came in handy to warm up after our polar plunge in the Atlantic! ##### Stephanie M. Nice little duplex perfect for one or two couples even though it was just the two of us. Everything you need for a couple days on the beach! Can’t really see the surf due to the dunes but easy walk over the dunes on manicured trials. Great deck and kitchen. Would stay there again for sure! Not sure why check in is 5 pm but we adjusted our schedule accordingly and it was fine! ##### Greg G. Offered an excellent opportunity to enjoy the beach with family. House was a little worn around the edges, but nothing of issue. Bathrooms were great and bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Clean sheets and towels were waiting for us. Kitchen was ok but could use some attention. Also didn't have any dishwasher detergent and only a partial roll of paper towels. We loved the layout, the location, decor and the beds were comfy. The only complaints ?and they were tiny) were we found dirty silverware in the drawer, We were surprised that we had to put on our own bedding and remove them upon departure primarily because one of us is in a knee brace and one was in a boot. And there was nothing there as far as shampoo, soap, even to we had to go buy because we stayed 3 nights. There are a few spots on the flooring that are soggy we were careful on.
