Located less than half a mile from the beach and even closer to several local restaurants, this attractively decorated home sleeping ten is ready to welcome your whole family including one dog!

A curved sectional provides comfortable seating in the living area. The modern and fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare favorite recipes. Thanks to the open living space, those preparing the meal can still chat with family and friends watching the big game on the smart TV that allows you to log in to your personal streaming services. A dining table seats eight, with room for another four at the kitchen counter.

Five spacious bedrooms wait to welcome you after a long day of activity. There are two shared full baths with hall access, plus one half bath directly accessible from one of the king bedrooms. The half bath also contains the laundry area.

Beach equipment is provided to help save space when packing, A charcoal grill is available for your family's grill master, and an enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day in the sand a breeze! The grassy backyard also features a fire pit and outdoor dining set.

Nice stay

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. It was nice to have the 5 bedrooms for our group. This property is not super close to the beach, but it's definitely walkable (10 min walk). We rented a golf cart and that made getting to the beach super simple and it was fun to explore around the island on the golf cart too. The location is great for activities and restaurants. The place was spotless when we checked in. The outdoor shower is great - very clean and big. I usually don't like outdoor showers (I usually find them creepy) but I used this one every day - very clean and open. Overall it was a great trip.

Beautiful place, modern, plenty of room

We really enjoyed our stay, very clean, modern, fully equiped kitchen, plenty of room for a family, plenty of bathrooms - very beautiful decor.
