If you drive, it’s very close to everything pretty much. It’s clean and nice to stay with family. Parking is a little expensive but that applies to most of Chicago area.

Be aware they charge a city convenience fee that includes Wi-Fi. Dry cleaning and other miscellaneous things I did not need or utilize. When I ask if this could be waived, they said no that the “state” apply these chargers.
I enjoyed my time in Chicago, but will be asking for hidden fees. The next time I stay in downtown Chicago.

The front foyer had beautiful glass bulbs that were very dusty and dirty. Not a good first impression
Housekeeping or room service could have been disclosed for 4 nights garbage build up Also notice we had no bathroom hooks to hang wet towels just one towel bar.
Bed was comfortable and linens were fine.
Oh and, $8 bottle of Voss water in room no cups in room or bathroom. Microwave breakfast 😑

"The room was clean and freshly painted. So freshly painted that the room still smelled strongly of paint. Breakfast was very disappointing. We were told it was " Grab and Go" .... Poptarts and nutrigrain bars. For families that have food allergies (like us) this was not good options."
