"Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical, concerned the house would fall short because pictures can mislead, but this home surpassed my expectations! A stunning home, with terrific, strong bones that opens up to an outdoor gathering space, a lovely pool and spa, just beyond, and a gorgeous beach and ocean view just beyond! I booked the home for a long weekend with family and it was a terrific time, nothing short! Most of our time was spent together in the outdoor gathering space, covered outdoor space with travertine flooring and ample seating. The fireplace was out of service but that was fine. Equally we spent the lion's share of our time on the beach and in the pool which the kind and helpful host Ellen heated for us for a small additional cost. The home is lovely, great construction as aforementioned and designed for the maximization of space. No complaints on the bed. The photos did not do the space justice. Simply a gorgeous home and spot perfect for family gatherings in an excellent location. I did have some spill over regarding room so I put 2 in the Ponte Vedra Inn which is lovely as well. This enabled me to use the Inn and golf course. It is a short walk away. Sawgrass TPC likewise is a short drive. Everything you need is close by. We had a memorable, relaxed, wonderful vacation! "We stayed with two families (4 adults, 4 kids) and this place was great for us. Plenty of space, and the pool was a big win. It ended up being unseasonably cool and rainy while we were in town, but luckily the pool was nice and toasty so the kids just swam in the pool (in the rain) and were happy. The host was very communicative, including when I left my jacket behind after check-out, and she quickly handled that for me. Great stay all around, just wish the weather had cooperated!"

"Located in the beautiful gated community of Sawgrass TPC! Beautiful, well maintained home. Loved the airy sunroom and comfortable rooms. Close to golf and beaches."

"The positive: The location is amazing. Incredible, unobstructed views and immediate access to a beautiful beach which is large and relatively flat. Great sunrises. The unit is well laid out and great for a short stay. It’s relatively quiet. The negative: Although billed as a 5 star experience, the unit did not live up to the billing. The washing machine didn’t drain properly so clothes came out soaking wet and took forever to dry. Furniture/rugs/bedding needed a good cleaning (dirty mattress pad, yellowed pillows, stains on furniture/rugs). Kitchenware was a mismatched assortment of mostly poor-quality items. Beach chairs need replacing (no umbrella). Stove burners not level so it was difficult to cook.Toilet didn’t flush unless the handle was held down all the way. The bathroom sink stopper doesn’t hold water such that you can’t rinse a bathing suit, shave, etc. Very nice folks with the property management company reached out when these items were brought to their attention but nothing was addressed during our 3 week stay. If you’re looking for a beachfront get away for a short time and you can overlook the above, this place is great. If you are expecting everything to be really nice, or are staying for an extended time, you may wish to try another unit, at least until the above items are addressed. "

"Great Host, and Great Property! This place has everything you need, once you get checked in you won’t want to leave! Plenty of room for everyone and plenty to entertain everyone. The game room, the pool, the hot tub, and the putting green are as advertised but they also have board games and outside toys for you to enjoy doing your stay. They include extra towels for the shower and for the pool. The location is great as well you are close to the beach and to lots of restaurants and stores. The host is easy to reach and easy to work with. They truly want everyone to enjoy their stay at the Oasis! Overall I rate it a 10 out of 10!"
