### 3 BR cozy Vineyard Vacation Apartment

3 BR apartment located on Circuit Ave walking distance to town. This unit feels like its own house. The kitchen and living room are located on the first floor with a large porch in front of the house. On the second floor is 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The house does have a small apartment in the back of it but they do have a separate parking lot and a separate entrance.  
  
QUEEN BEDROOM  
Queen size bed on the second floor. Boho surf shack vibes with window air conditioner. Small closet.   
  
FULL BEDROOM  
Full size bed on the second floor with window AC. Cozy room with small closet.   
  
FULL BEDROOM 2  
Full size bed on the second floor with window AC. Cozy room with small closet.   
  
KITCHEN  
Fully stocked kitchen with toaster, microwave, coffee maker and just about everything you will need to cook gourmet meals.   
  
DINING AREA  
Round four seat dinning table with chairs.   
  
LIVING ROOM  
The living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa and a new Samsung smart TV  
  
LARGE FRONT PORCH  
This outdoor space is perfect for breakfasts or barbecue. There is a large sofa in the corner which makes it a comfortable place to relax.   
  
There is a washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom.   
  
We do allow some pets which are allowed upon request.
