It has been recently refurbished so it is "brand new". It has basic services such as heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, towels, sheets, etc. The house has an Internet connection via WIFI. In addition, other extra services such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, hair dryer, etc. are provided. Accommodation The house has 2 floors and a basement. In the basement there is a very large garage with space for several cars, a bathroom and a laundry with iron, washer and dryer. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds) and a double bedroom (with bathroom and dressing room in the room), and a common bathroom). For these destinations there are also Freire buses that run frequently. Lavacolla Airport is 10 km away. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk from the accommodation.
