Die Zimmer sind geräumig und ordentlich. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wer einen absoluten Luxusurlaub sucht, wird an dem Objekt in der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit einige Kritikpunkte haben, so sind die ausgestatteten Geräte (bspw. Ofen, Messer oder Duschbrause) keine high-end Produkte und es ist nicht alles in die letzte Ritze geputzt. Aber grundsätzlich ist alles sauber und ist funktionstüchtig. Im August muss man sich auf viel Besuch durch achtbeinige Freunde (Spinnen) gefasst machen, da hilft putzen jedoch auch nicht nachhaltig.Die kleinen Kritikpunkte sind alles in allem völlig hinfällig in Anbetracht der hervorragenden Lage direkt am Hafen mit offenem Blick auf den Hafen und die Ausfahrt zur weiten See.
