    This self-contained ground-floor apartment in a fully renovated villa is set on the hills above Nyons, in the heart of Drôme Provençale. Surrounded by olive groves, it offers 70 m² of space, peaceful surroundings, a large sunny terrace, and breathtaking views of the mountains and rolling hills.



    You can enjoy a range of activities: sports like cycling and hiking, as well as cultural discoveries (Vaison-la-Romaine, Grignan Castle, Mont Ventoux, and more). The "Nyonsoleïado" water park is 4 km away.



    The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven), a bathroom with WC, a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a small bedroom with two 90x200 beds, and a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, TV, free Wi-Fi, plus games and books for both children and adults.



    On the terrace, you'll find outdoor furniture, sun loungers, an electric barbecue, a ping-pong table, and swings. The garden is accessible but not fenced. Pets are welcome. There is no pool. Parties are not allowed.



    Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, toys, and books) is available on request. Garage access for bikes.
