Fine for one night in Nyon but not for longer stay
Friendly, clean hotel in good location. Very small rooms, tiny beds and room temperature is unable to be controlled so was very hot during the night. Breakfast was okay.

We loved the hotel, arrived after a long day and were quite happy to enjoy the evening at the hotel’s bar which was full with locals. The food was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The continental breakfast was with small variety but very very good quality and tasty. Notice that to get to the room you need to climb steps - no elevator. We had the “comfort” room size which was quite sufficient.

Staff was excellent, bar was stocked with some interesting gins. Bathroom was uncomfortably small - smaller than in Tokyo. But overall a very nice hotel.

What a lovely place to go
What a lovely place to be. The town and the hotel and the attached bar. I was working in Nyon and my husband joined me for the weekend. We enjoyed a friendly welcome at the hotel and some fantastic food and drink in the hotel bar.

Good location in Nyon, very nice and helpful staff, adequate breakfast, extremely small room;barely fit my husband and me and our luggage. We were constantly stepping around or over things. Couldn’t do for more than 1 night

Double "Shoebox", as it says it's a small room Double "Cosy", it's a standard sized room. Junior Suite "Sundeck" a spacious room with a nice terrace. We hope to see you soon on another occasion. We arrived very early in the day so the room was not ready, but we were still given our room key, and our bags were held & placed in our room before we returned. We were planning to take the ferry and the woman (whose name I didn't get) looked up the schedule for us. The location is between the train station and the ferry to Yvoire, close to the Chateau of Nyon, and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, were comfortable, and would recommend Hotel de l'Ange to other travelers.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und für bescheidenere Ansprüche. Dafür hat es Charakter und liegt sehr Zentral. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant und eine gemütliche Bar befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Ich erhielt ein Upgrade in eine sog. Suite: originell, verwinkelt, mit einem gewissen Charme. Die Nasszelle war winzig, aber sauber. Zum Frühstück ein winziges Buffet, immerhin mit frisch zu pressenden Orangen. Es gab aber keinen Schwarztee!

Charme und Gemütlichkeit - aber kein Luxus
Das Hotel ist ein typisches, historisches und charmantes Haus mitten im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem die Bäder sowie auch die Türen zeugen aber davon, dass die Bausubstanz uralt ist. Besonders angenehm ist die Hausbar; auch das kleine Frühstücksbuffet bereitet Freude. In den Zimmern zur Strassenseite hört man trotz Doppelverglasung jedes Auto, das vorbeirauscht. Zum Glück sind das nachts nur sehr wenige. Öffentlicher Parkplatz - über Nacht kostenlose - direkt gegenüber.

Au 1er abord tout était parfait dont l'accueil mais en s'installant dans la chambre qui était pourtant très belle, il ny avait que très peu d'espace et c'était plein de poussière. Il a fait tellement chaud qu'on a dû allumer le ventilateur qui nous a envoyé une tonne de poussière au visage. La literie pas très confortable et le petit dejeuner a 9h30 était déjà dévalisé donc on a déchanté. Cest dommage tout ca surtout vu le standing de l'hôtel.

Chambre (N° 52) beaucoup trop exigüe, parquet qui grince, chambres mal insonorisées, lumière au dessus du lit non fonctionnelle, prise fonctionne partiellement, petit déjeuner très (trop) simple. Bon service de la personne à l'accueil qui a porté le bagage au premier étage (pas d'ascenseur) Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Cher Patrick, Merci pour votre commentaire et désolé que votre séjour ne se soit pas bien passé. Je vous rappelle toutefois que vous avez réservé une chambre Shoebox qui veut dire une petite chambre. Les dimensions de la chambre et les photos sont disponibles lors de la réservation. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner il est proposé à 10 chf et dans votre cas, compris dans le prix de la chambre! Pour ce prix vous avez: Jus d'orange frais 2 autres types de jus. Pain frais, croissant, pain au sucre et pain au chocolat venant directement de la boulangerie. Fruits frais du marché. 3 types de céréales Confiture maison Charcuterie et fromage frais Yogourt avec et sans lactose Des céréales et des barres sans gluten. Il me semble que pour 10 chf le petit déjeuner est très complet. Et dire que la qualité prix est très mauvais.... Je ne sais quoi répondre. Nous sommes l'établissement le moins de Nyon. Je reste à votre entière disposition pour en discuter lors de votre prochaine visite. Philippe Kuratle Directeur

Personnel très gentil, hôtel en plein centre ville
Mon épouse et moi y avons séjourné car nous devions nous rendre à un mariage. le personnel s'est rendu disponible pour le check-in en dehors des heures prévues et nous avons eu droit à une très belle chambre, calme, propre et avec suffisamment de place.

Bon hôtel proche de la gare. Literie confortable Seul point négatif l'odeur du restaurant en entrant. Heureusement l'odeur ne vas pas jusqu'à la chambre.
