Summer cottage with conservatory and enclosed plot

This holiday home is bright and simply furnished, with an atmosphere that invites you to relax. The sunroom's the heart of the house—here you'll find both a dining table and wicker furniture, and it brings the holiday home experience inside, no matter the weather outside.

The décor's simple and clean, and the house opens directly onto a large, partially covered wooden deck. You can use the holiday home year-round thanks to a heat pump and portable electric radiators.

The 2,000 m² plot is fenced and open, with a few trees and plenty of open sky. You're free to use the herb garden, gather around the sheltered fire pit surrounded by sleepers, or head out to the annex's own wooden deck. We're planting a large wildflower bed around one of the trees.

The Hov Vig Bird Sanctuary is nearby, with a network of trails along the fjord. Rørvig Harbour's 5.5 km away, and the beach and orchard are 2.3 km from here. You'll also be close to shopping and the pedestrian street in Nykøbing.
