In the resort 250 m from the centre of Nussdorf am Attersee, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the lake. Private: large, beautiful garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Supermarket 800 m, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant, bakery, café 200 m, bus stop "564" 300 m, bathing lake 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, sailing school, tennis 500 m, minigolf 4 km, ski lift 5 km, slopes 5 km. Nearby attractions: Attersee Schiffahrt 500 m, Nixenfall 24 km, Reiserbauern-Mühle 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Attersee 500 m. Hiking paths: Einstieg zum Westwanderweg 1 km. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
