"Appalling accommodation. Nothing like the photos or description. The room was dusty, the toilet dirty and the TV didn’t work. I rang the managing agent several times and they passed on messages to the owners but no one responded. I was given the owners number but they wouldn’t answer. We had no TV for our whole 8 night stay. My wife cleaned the toilet, bathroom and kitchen and I dusted the furniture. We were given a partial refund after checking out but do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Stay was in April 2026"

"We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Seednest. The location is very central and convenient to all Barossa Valley attractions. The house suited our needs perfectly and it was well equipped with furniture and kitchen facilities. Our host, Richard, communicated well and promptly. I can’t think of anything negative to say. We had a very enjoyable stay."

"I absolutely loved how welcome both my dog and I felt. Appreciated the treats, the bed, the bowls, poo bags and mat for him plus the blanket and sheet to cover the furniture plus plenty of grassed areas and a bin close by. The bath was so very relaxing. My only complaint is that the property is no longer accepting pet bookings and I was planning to return for 3 nights next April. Now I need to find somewhere else 😭"
