Есть чайник и некоторые необходимые мелочи. А вот холодильник отсутствует, что было неожиданно для отеля такого класса. По уборке - первый день вообще не убирались (вроде как ранний заезд), на второй день убрались, но как-то небрежно. Завтрак хороший. Пи бронировании возникли проблемы с ранним заездом - предварительно обозначили стандартные условия - половина стоимости суток, как и практически везде. Однако, когда предоплата уже состоялась выяснилось, что для гарантированного раннего заселения необходимо забронировать сутки (!), а так как получится. Пришлось несколько раз перезваниваться с администрацией отеля, понервничать, но в конце концов всё закончилось благополучно. The Park Inn Astana is conveniently located near the river and within an easy taxi distance of all the sights in this great city. All of the staff spoke English very well and were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Very disappointing. It was one of the awefullest experience I've ever got with 4-stars hotels throughout the world. I often come to Astana for my business and usually stay in another hotel, so wouldn't say this is the standard level of service in Astana. If you have no choice but here, then don't expect anything as standard 4-star hotel.
