There is no attendant at the lobby bar. You have to get up every time and go to the reception and inform them. The hotel has a general heating system. and was closed on May 15\. I spent the first night in my coat under the duvet. After 3 meetings, they brought me a heater on the second day. mini bar is empty. Есть чайник и некоторые необходимые мелочи. А вот холодильник отсутствует, что было неожиданно для отеля такого класса. По уборке - первый день вообще не убирались (вроде как ранний заезд), на второй день убрались, но как-то небрежно. Завтрак хороший. Пи бронировании возникли проблемы с ранним заездом - предварительно обозначили стандартные условия - половина стоимости суток, как и практически везде. Однако, когда предоплата уже состоялась выяснилось, что для гарантированного раннего заселения необходимо забронировать сутки (!), а так как получится. Пришлось несколько раз перезваниваться с администрацией отеля, понервничать, но в конце концов всё закончилось благополучно. Смежные номера, разделенные внутри дверью имеют очень плохую шумоизоляцию. Гостям с новорожденными детьми, как в нашем случае, это однозначено доставляет неудобства. The Park Inn Astana is conveniently located near the river and within an easy taxi distance of all the sights in this great city. All of the staff spoke English very well and were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. If you have no choice but here, then don't expect anything as standard 4-star hotel.
