We stayed in deluxe room - filthy, old, chipped furniture, hole in carpet and leaking sink in bathroom We rung bell at reception to check in - waited and waited! Went to bar after we check in for drink and food rung bell in bar….. waited 20 mins (rung bell 3 times) nobody came so went back to our room where we found somebody attempting to get into our room 😡. Very noisy and cars turning up to pass parcels from one vehicle to another though out the night right outside our window. We left at 4:30am after having enough. Worst hotel we have ever stayed In and will not return and definitely AVOID!!

This is the worst place to book - I had a booking and I got told about a leaking ceiling on the day I check in 3h before and then I asked for a refund and never received it it’s been 3 months.

Excellent location along the river and close to all of the attractions and shopping. Food was not the greatest but the room was very comfortable and large.

Great central location. Quirky rooms/decor. Poor soundproofing between rooms. No luggage storage facilities.
