"Beautiful resort. All the staff was so nice, friendly professional and answered any questions we had. I will definitely be going back."
"The front desk VERY MUCH DISLIKES people renting from owners. They refused to give us pool towels, made it clear that if we needed anything we had to reach out to the owner, NOT THEM and they would not be cleaning or providing anything. The listing said 2 king beds, it was a very small queen and a king. When I reached out to find out if we were in the wrong room, I was told it was the right room with a king and a queen. No mention of the fact that I paid for 2 kings. I also had to reach out about towels and was told the front desk is supposed to give them to us and that’s why they pay his fees, but they still refused. Then I was told I could borrow someone else’s, or use the room towels. They gave us 2 towels in the room for the 2 nights with 3 people. Was less than I was hoping for considering how much I paid. Still never got pool towels. "

"The room was moderately priced at an upscale resort. The room was very clean but slightly dated. A pleasant surprise was that there was a wicker chaise lounge that a child was able to use as a twin bed. The property itself was centrally located and the pools and staff were top notch. Everyone was very helpful and communication was extremely responsive from both the resort itself and the VRBO host. Would definitely consider staying again. "
