Easy to reach out to front office simply by texting them when i needed fresh towels etc. Overall was a great experience w very sweet staff. Room was clean and beds were comfy.. we did not take advantage of breakfast that im pretty sure was free every morning? Not 100% sure about that. About a 7 min walk to the convention center, so that was convenient.
