Private parking is available on the property. South-facing, shaded terrace and a charming, enclosed, wooded garden of approximately 1,700 m², with a private heated swimming pool (9x4m - accessible from approximately May to October) and a pétanque court. Ground floor: Separate fitted kitchen opening onto a living room/lounge with a central open fireplace, 2 bedrooms (each with two 90x200cm twin beds), bathroom (shower + bathtub), office with elliptical trainer and weight bench, and separate toilet. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (each with a 160x200cm bed), shower room, and separate toilet. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, stereo, baby bed/high chair, tumble dryer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, food processor.
