Hoodie sweatshirt with one sleeve off / a knit cap. The air-conditioning did not seem to cool the room very well. Top of the air conditioning unit had lots of scratches on it. It just looks like the renovations covered a few things to make it look “nice” but overall didn’t improve the property very much. "

He was very rude and he acted as if he didn’t care because he was texting on his phone while checking in other customers while telling me there were no more rooms."
