"We had a great experience. Mel was a wonderful and thoughtful host. She answered our inquires about the area through out our stay. The home is has above and beyond everything you need. This was a very peaceful and relaxing area. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking almost every day."

"I want to start by saying I rate places based on the expectations of the area and not compared to other places I have stayed. This is a rural mountain town, so don't expect glitz and gold. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The decor is very 70's, but it reminded me of growing up, and the fact that it lasted this long only further emphasizes how well the staff takes care of the facility. The biggest down side we had was other guests smoking outside our window, which is not in the control of the facility and staff."

"This place was super comfy! Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, in a good area of town, close to restaurants, gas station, and grocery store. They have a nice small breakfast with a waffle maker and grab and go items. Also they have a kitchen if you want to cook your own food. The shower got hot and had good pressure. I would recommend staying on the second floor if you can. "
