"We bought the location. But of course hoped for a nice hotel too. The pictures weren’t bad. In reality it’s dull, tight, incommodious, and we had a broken piece of furniture. Very clean though, with a nice coffee smell (but no way to have a coffee unless you go out or did not forget to fill in and submit a breakfast form last night, given that the nearest cafes are closed till noon). "We loved everything about this property! Our apartment was spacious and the kitchen had practically everything we needed. The surroundings were beautiful. We were able to walk to a train station and a ferry to cross the river into Schmilka, which was absolutely adorable by the way! Some of the best hiking we have ever done was in the mountains behind the town! We would definitely stay here again! Ansgar, the caretaker, was attentive and lovely! Thank you for everything!"
