### Mediterranean flat with sea views directly on the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea

This flat for 2 to 4 people is located on the second floor and offers comfort and intimacy, ideal for relaxing and unwinding from everyday life. With a beautiful view of the sea, the flat offers a bedroom with a double bed, a cosy living room with a sofa bed for additional guests and a functional kitchen equipped with the basic facilities for preparing simple meals. The bathroom is rustic and practical with a shower cubicle and toilet. Enjoy all the amenities such as satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included in the price. The flat is located in the old town and there is no parking space directly next to the house, a free parking space is available in the public car park within 1000 m of the flat. During the summer season, access to the old town by car is limited; it is only 15 minutes by car to the flat to load and unload luggage.  
It is 30 metres from the property to the beach and 20 metres to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 300 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant is 5 metres away.
