The holiday home built in 2023 is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and terrace.

**Your holiday house** consists of 1 floor, 1 room, is 25 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.  
 In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine.

Novigrad. The holiday home is situated on an enclosed garden plot of 40 sq m. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
