Welcome to this charming vacation home, just 100 meters from the beach, in beautiful Novigrad, Istria. This single-storey house is ideal for 2 to 4 people and offers a quiet retreat for couples or small families who want to enjoy the proximity to the sea.  
The house consists of a cozy bedroom and a spacious living room with a bed for two more people. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare simple meals. After a day at the beach, you can relax on the terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner in the fresh air.  
In the private garden with barbecue, you can prepare delicious grilled dishes and enjoy the balmy summer evenings. The house is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
