Above Novi Vinodolski, in the hamlet Krmpotska Luka 20 km from the centre of Novi Vinodolski, in a secluded, quiet position, 12 km from the sea, in the woods. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), garden 70 m2 with trees. Hot tub, table tennis, boules, badminton, arbour, terrace (24 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, spa area, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 12 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 10 km, pebble beach 12 km. Nearby attractions: Viewing point Sviba 2.2 km, Stone Labyrinths (Nebeski labirinti) 2.8 km, Kolovrat peak 6 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
