### Luxury flat directly by the sea with pool, sauna, gym

In a location that is hard to beat, just a few steps from the sea, you will find this beautiful holiday flat, which is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. This modern flat consists of a stylish living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This flat has its own balcony, which is accessible from the living area. It is covered and has a fantastic view of the sea and the nearby islands of Krk and Rab. The extremely pleasantly designed outdoor area offers plenty of space to spend a nice time outdoors. Here, the centrepiece is the 30 m² swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a private children's playground, a barbecue for common use and sun loungers next to the pool. Right next to the pool is the wellness area with a large whirlpool, sauna and fitness room.  
Free private parking is available just behind the house. The rental price includes intermediate cleaning and change of bed linen and towels. There is a small boat harbour under the house, where you will find a nice café, a restaurant and the possibility to rent a boat or a boat mooring.

Sehr schönes Appartement, mit coolen Pool und kleinem Indoorpool (war sehr praktisch da wir leider einen Regentag hatten) - Küche war gut ausgestattet, Zimmern und Badezimmern sauber - das einzige was ein wenig gestört hat, es ist sehr laut vom Verkehr und es ist eine sehr befahrene Straße, würden aber immer wieder hin fahren

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Bis zum entferntesten Punkt ca. 12 Minuten. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, die Appartementzimmer sind groß, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich glaube, ich gehe zurück.
