Die Ferienwohnung überraschte mit ihrer Sauberkeit und Ausstattung. Es war alles da, was man braucht, auch eine Klimaanlage stand bei den heißen Temperaturen zur Verfügung. Lediglich die Holzmöbel der Terrasse waren lawede. In Novi Vinodolski in der Vorsaison überhaupt kein Problem. Der Strand war in 15 min zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, die Restaurants und Innenstadt in weniger als 10 min. Der Fußweg zurück dauerte etwas länger, denn man musste bergauf.Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und der Vermieter sprach gut Deutsch. Er überraschte uns mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und hausgemachter Wurst. Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist tip top sauber. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Obwohl in der Beschreibung steht man müsse Handtücher mitbringen, wurden diese zur Genüge gestellt. Vom Vermieter haben wir Wein, Plätzchen, Wasser und Bier zur Begrüßung erhalten und zwischendurch noch Palatschinken und selbstgemachte Torte. Alles in allem perfekt, gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, hell, großzügig geschnitten und einfach nur sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns jeden Tag gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, spricht Deutsch und steht für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Reisetipps: Ausflüge auf die Inseln Krk und Rab sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Abstecher nach Selce zum Baden und Bummeln ist auch sehr schön und gar nicht weit. In Novi Vinodolski selbst gibt es super schöne Bademöglichkeit inder Obala Petra Krešimira IV (zwischen dem Restaurant Bonaca und stadteinwärts). Klasklares Wasser, Badeplateaus, Umkleidekabinen und Duschen.
