The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 1986, was renovated in 2018, and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location by the water.

The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a separate entrance. Apartment on the high ground floor. Access is via a side road (paved, length 30 m). Parking on the street in front of the house and a parking space in the village (distance 50 m).
