In the house: internet access. Public parking on the road. Shop 400 m, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 1.4 km, shingle beach 400 m, rocky beach, public bathing area 300 m. Marina 500 m.  
2-room apartment 85 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious, fully renovated in 2023, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room 20 m2 with digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (200 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating, floor heating. Heating available only from 01.10\. to 01.05\. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).
