Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and filter coffee machine, SAT-TV with LCD, air conditioning, free WiFi and a terrace. Two apartments are located on the ground floor, two on the first floor, each with two bedrooms. The fully enclosed property offers children plenty of space to play, a covered communal terrace, outdoor shower, sun terrace, sun loungers, Hollywood swing, and a grill that all guests can use alternately. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. Communal use of the washing machine is possible for a fee. Pets are allowed upon request. The beach of Povile is only 350 m away, there are restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. Further offers and attractions can be found in the neighbouring Novi Vinodolski. The holiday apartment on the first floor offers 36 m² of living space for up to five people. It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with a single bed – a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a combined living, dining and kitchen area with sofa bed, air conditioning and SAT-TV. The 10 m² terrace is partially covered, furnished and provides direct access to the garden.
