It's just 350 m or 5 min by foot from the central Liberty square. A living room and two bedrooms, an aircon, free and fast Wi-Fi, 43'' TV with international channels, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace. There is a safe private parking nearby. Ideal for 2-4 guests. LOCATION The building is located just 200 m away from the central pedestrian zone of Novi Sad. Five-ten minutes by foot - and you're at the main square Trg Sloboda, in Dunav park or at the embankment of Danube river, there is just twenty minutes walk to Petrovaradin fortress. The best restaurants of the city, numerous outdoor cafes, currency exchange offices, sales offices of all mobile operators, a lot of mini-markets, a supermarket IDEA and AROMA, Futoska market are next door. It is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi from the railway station and bus station to the apartment, from the Belgrade airport it's 50 minutes drive. ACCOMODATION The apartment is ideal for stay of 2-4 guests. It's at the second floor of the building and has a total area 84 sq. m with the following structure: 1\. A large living room with a comfortable sofa and a flat 43-inch TV with hundreds both international and local cable channels. 2\. A dining room with a table and chairs. 3\. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils including a fridge, a glass-ceramic hob, a microwave and a kettle. 4\. A master-bedroom with a king-size double bed 160x200 with a comfortable mattress and fresh bedsheets and a large wardrobe. 5\. A second bedroom with two single beds 90x200 which can be pushed together to make a big double bed. 6\. A huge bathroom with bath, shower, bide and a washing machine. 7\. A terrace. We provide you with fresh linens and towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will have access to free unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) and cable TV. At the disposal of guests are a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron. PARKING & TRANSPORTATION A free parking option is in front of the building, a private one is in yard nearby. You will get the remote control with the keys. From 21:00 to 7:00 every day and from 14:00 on Saturdays to 7:00 on Mondays the parking is free everywhere. You have first 15 minutes free even at a paid parking. We offer a private transfer from/to the Nikola Tesla airport for 50 euros for a car up to 4 people. HOUSE RULES No smoking inside the apartment, no parties, no any noise after 21:00\. Seriously, neighbours can call the communal police if you disturb them. Check-in time is from 14:00\. We have a self check-in option so you can come anytime you like, even late in the night.
