Very nice hotel with large modern very clean and comfortable rooms (with parking) an easy walk to the centre of Belgrade.
If you require parking I would recommend rebooking your parking space.

The apartment is as shown in the pictures - large and lovely. The historical details are gorgeous (although a bit of modern furniture in one room takes away a bit of the ambiance). The bathroom, kitchen and bedroom were comfortable and functional.
The location is perfect - central and convenient for most sights, or for the (free!) bus system. The apartment is in the middle of the very lively Skadarlija district, with its charming cobbled streets and many traditional restaurants. It is also very close to the converted brewery with multiple bars and restaurants that are packed with a younger crowd at night.
The only issue is… because it’s right at the centre of the cultural action, it is quite noisy late into the small hours. There are double-glazed windows and we slept fine through the steady din, but light sleepers might have issues.

There is no check-in counter, so you need to coordinate with the host beforehand. Otherwise, they will tell you to wait until they are ready, which might require you to go to the KFS and wait for 2 hours there.
The breakfast was nice, as relates to the food itself. However, there are 2 major drawbacks: the restaurant only opens at 9 am, which makes it impossible if you have any plans for the morning, like a tour or a business meeting. Also, the restaurant is full of smokers and there is only a very small and smoky "non-smoking" section.

"Parking is an issue, I only found out that they have limited parking spaces, like only 6 or 8 once I arrived. I was advised that i needed to pre-book the parking.. also it is very difficult to stop outside this hotel as its on a busy corner. They directed me to a public car park across the road."
