Apartment, approx. 60 m2, consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room with large terrace, the kitchen integrated in the living room. Kitchen towels, bath towels, bed linen are provided. The house is 80 m from the sandy beach and shallow water with a sandy bottom, suitable for bathing barefoot, ideal for children. The place Potocnica is a small village, with about 50 holiday homes, accordingly, quiet and tranquil. Potocnica is 9 km north of Novalja, the tourist center of the island of Pag, with many restaurants, shops and leisure activities

We will certainly remember our stay in Mira's holiday home very well. Convenient, comfortable, perfectly clean apartment, a house located very close to the beach in a charming bay with a convenient and safe entrance for children. Mira is a very friendly, open person who makes the atmosphere of your stay truly holiday. Considering the location on the island of Pag, this place is certainly worth recommending to people who value peace and avoid the hustle and bustle and crowds of seaside resorts. Wir sind vollkommen zufrieden, würde ich sofort weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Mira eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, immer wieder gerne.

Mira ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr ruhig! Die kleine Bucht zum Baden ist wunderschön. In der 2. Woche waren leider recht viele Tagesgäste aus Novalja dort. Aber wir fanden immer noch ein Plätzchen und abends ist es wieder ganz ruhig. Mira war immer erreichbar und konnte uns viele gute Informationen geben. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank Mira!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten ausreichend Platz und haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Unsere Vermieterin Mira war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke fürs alles!!! Der Strand in der Nähe ist wunderschön, Sandstrand und das Meer ist kristallklar. Der Urlaub war rundum schön. ❤️

Mira ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir waren im vollem Umfang zufrieden von dieser äußerst sauberen und modernen Unterkunft. Vielen lieben Dank zunächst. Das einzige Manko, aber da kann Mira absolut nichts dafür, dass die Preise für alles überteuert waren. Sowohl die Produkte für Nahrung als auch für Ausflüge. Ansonsten war es nicht weit zum Strand (mit einigen Treppen) und es gab zwei Restaurants. Wir haben uns auch Pizza geholt und bei uns gegessen, sehr praktisch. Wie bereits geschrieben, ein wunderschöner und ruhiger Familienurlaub.

Ampio appartamento al piano terra di recente costruzione, molto ben pulito, e comodo, in quartiere tranquillo dista 10 km dal centro di Novalja , a 80 mt tramite una scalinata si accede a una spiaggia di sabbia con basso fondale ideale per bambini. Proprietari molto accoglienti e sipatici.

Mira ist eine tolle und sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle kleine Terrasse. Der Sandstrand in unmittelbarer Nähe ist hervorragend für Familien geeignet und die Wasserqualität ist ausgezeichnet. Zum Lebensmitteleinkauf muss man die ca. 10km nach Novalja in Kauf nehmen. Wir haben die Zeit bei Mira sehr genossen und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Danke
