Falsche Angaben und keine Verantwortlichkeit

Gebucht wurde eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnbereich, Badezimmer und Küche. Vor Ort fehlte jedoch 1 Schlafzimmer und die Gäste mussten im Wohnzimmer auf einer Couch schlafen. Somit fehlte auch ein Kleiderschrank und die Leute im Wohnzimmer durfte ihre Klamotten auf dem Boden ablegen. Auf Nachfrage bei der Agentur wurde nur mitgeteilt "Not our fault, in our system it is correct" und wir sollen uns mit fewo direkt auseinandersetzen. Nach einem Telefonat, wo ich über 20 Minuten erklären musste, dass ein Wohnzimmer nicht als Schlafzimmer durch geht, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man mir leider nicht helfen kann. Somit sehr enttäuschend.
