It is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained house with a beautiful garden and is ideal for couples or small families looking for relaxation, sunshine and a Mediterranean way of life.   
  
On approximately 27 m², the air-conditioned apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a kitchenette, dining table, and additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and crockery. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.   
  
From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea – perfect for a cosy breakfast or a relaxed evening at sunset. A private parking space directly at the house is available to you free of charge.
