  • Rental upstairs in a single house. Bedroom: wardrobe and small furniture, TV, 200X 160 bed. Dining room, table +4 chairs, sideboard, sofa bed 180x140. Fitted kitchen area with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc. Shower room with sink, washing machine / WC.
    Shared courtyard with the apartment below in front of the house, gate / terrace / table / parasol / sunbathing / or 2 deckchairs.
    Sheets possible extra.
    A deposit check of 300 € will be requested upon arrival and returned no later than 7 days after your departure.
    A sum of 80 € will be asked if you do not wish to do the cleaning.
