Ideally located next to the sea, this fully equipped house welcomes you in a natural and preserved living environment! This charming house surrounded by a large, calm forest awaits you to spend moments with family. Coastal paths and cycling routes wind along the coast and can lead you to the beautiful Vendée island of Noirmoutier.



This 90 m² house located in Notre-Dame-de-Monts has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a fenced garden of 500 m², a terrace, garden furniture and a plancha. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a cafetière, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press. In addition, a washing machine and an iron are at your disposal.
