"The room was small but cozy with a small deck. There needs to have more places for storage, perhaps more hooks on the wall for hanging jackets. We were told by the owner that breakfast is 15 euros per person. My husband had breakfast at the hotel (not me) and was charged 30 euros for 1 person. That is an outrageous price for the simple food he had. We would like to request a refund of 15 euros back on our credit card. "

"Room 126 smelled terrible. It had the strong odour of insecticide, bad cologne, or a combination of the two. The bathroom was worse, with an overpowering odour of urine that had been there for a very long time. I had to sleep with the window open. The bed was hard as a rock. The shower was good! Breakfast was a sparse affair, but otherwise fine. The place is definitely low budget, with a prison vibe what with the gate and locked doors even at mid-day. The area is rather industrial. There are better choices."

"We loved the quaint hotel - but being up on the fourth floor with no lift made it a less than perfect stay. Nothing you can do about that - and we could have requested a different room - but we're still healthy enough to make the climb, it was just less-than-ideal. The staff were wonderful - and the location in Honfleur was lovely - just a really neat experience. The room itself was fine and very clean - no issues there at all. The access and parking situation in May of 2026 was a bit difficult - due to construction activities we did end up parking a few blocks away and having to move suitcases that way on foot - not sure there is anything you can do about that, but again, made it a less-than-perfect stay. We would absolutely recommend the place to friends - but warn them on the two issues of stairs and parking."

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Even though I do not speak French, I had no problems communicating or handling anything at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the laundry facilities were clean, simple to use, and very convenient. Overall, the entire experience was easy and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers."
