"The pictures on the listing don’t do this property justice as how just how beautiful it actually is. Our host was incredibly sweet and was very generous with letting us walk the property and interact with the animals as much as we wanted. Our cottage was stocked with everything we needed, was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The property is close to everything we wanted to do near Harper’s Ferry and was an amazing place to relax. We plan to make this a yearly trip now."

"We had a great time staying at this property! Definitely would recommend, especially if traveling with small children. The backyard location and secluded grounds were perfect. The house is very clean, updated and has any amenities you could possibly need. The basement is filled with things for adults to enjoy once the kids are asleep. Harper’s ferry, south mountain, Antietam and Maryland heights battlefields are all within easy drive of this location. Great food can be found in Harper’s ferry! The hosts were very helpful and willing to accommodate us with any requests that we had! When we revisit this area this property will be first on our list to check for availability."

"Great girlfriends trip. The house was just as advertised. Very spacious and well laid out. The location was great for our day trips to National Parks, wineries and the casino! Property was very peaceful. Owner communication was excellent -- answered all questions in timely manner. Would definitely recommend!!"

"What a fabulous house for our family reunion…the kids had a blast in the pool, hot tubs, and watching fireflies on the lawn. Lots of room and bathrooms for everyone, and Keri was so wonderful as a host. Lovely area to explore…we got to hike on the nearby Appalachian Trail and wished we had more time to check out some of the local vineyards…next time, for sure!"

"Pros- close to activities, cute home, large outdoor area, supplied coffee & variety of shower soaps. Great water pressure in shower. Fire pit was nice, need to take kindling. Bathrobes provided. Cons- stairs are treacherous. Railing is not attached properly. Weeds are taking over property. Walkway is hard to walk on. AC unit works but VERY loud right beside bed. We were only allowed 1 towel & 1 washcloth for 3 night stay. I asked for more, was told no. Had to sweep patio and clean outdoor table before using. Could use more shelves, small table in shower & bedroom. Plenty of spoons & forks, but, only 2 knives. Maybe someone stole some??? Nice for 2 people, but, would be very tight for 4."

"The property itself was beautiful farmland. The house was huge and the lower level sunroom was the perfect gathering space with large windows and enough reclining seating for all 5 of us! The only reasons we are rating good and not excellent is the temperature was set at 75 degrees and could not be changed. It was too warm for comfort, especially for sleeping. Also, if you enjoy making meals the amenities were sparse. Overall, it was perfectly located for our wine touring and large enough for 3 or 4 couples, and if you like being in the country, this property is perfect."

"Very cute, nice getaway from the world. No WiFi or service so plan on disconnecting (which is a good thing)! We made s’mores, played games, and had a nice family weekend. You might want to consider-the camper is not parked on level ground so it does lean noticeably to one side which makes it difficult to navigate at times (fridge door kept swinging open by itself for instance). And we never got the hot water to work (and we followed the directions). Cold showers were fine in the extreme heat but might not be ideal in colder weather. Be careful in the shower as the floor is slick (both kids wiped out in the shower). Regardless, I’d still recommend it. It’s upscale camping so it’s important to be flexible."
